This weekend, Columbia Scuba welcomes 6 brand spankin’ new PADI Open Water Scuba Divers into the world of scuba diving.
With the help of fellow MSDT “Pro-Dive” Serif, we each worked with our classes to certify a total of 6 new divers at Hyde’s Quarry in Westminster, MD.
The water was a brisk 59 degrees at the surface, but the termocline has dropped down to 30 feet, so we were all relatively toasty in our 7mm wetsuits.
