DWF Is Going Oyster Diving

It seriously doesn't get any fresher than this!

Do you love diving? Do you love fresh oysters? Well put those two things together and you have the recipe for a great time!

Columbia Scuba is running an Oyster dive this November and DWF gets to lead it!

Join us on the morning of November 12th off Kent Island, MD for a good time while you gather up to the limit of a bushel (~150) of Oysters.

If you are interested contact Columbia Scuba (410) 381-1994 and tell ’em you want to sign up for the November 12th Oyster Dive!

Show time is 6:00am, the boat leaves at 6:30.

Some notes:
This will be a 2 tank dive. The water is brackish, so weight yourself for salt water.

The depth is 15-20 feet. Water temps that time of year are in the mid-50s so at the very least bring a 7mm wetsuit, hood, and gloves.

Make sure you own a goodie bag and a lift bag. A bag of oysters is indistinguishable from a bag of rocks weight-wise, so no using your BCD for lift!

Bring a cooler so you can transport the Oysters home.

If you’ve got questions about the dive or logistics contact DWF.
