DWF Upcoming Classes

Outdoor pool season is winding down. Dive season isn’t.

As summer wraps up, Dive With Frank simply changes gears. The heated indoor pool keeps training moving, classroom courses run all year, and there is still plenty of time to get into open water before winter really settles in.

This page shows the scuba classes Dive With Frank is actively teaching right now. Some have published dates. Most are scheduled around you.

Fall and winter training is here.

Still want to get outside? Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver can continue into the fall as long as weather, water, and site conditions cooperate.

And colder water does not mean we stop diving. Quite the opposite. Dry Suit Diver becomes one of my favorite courses to teach as the temperatures drop. If you want to learn how to stay warm and extend your own dive season, this is the time to do it.

Prefer to stay warm? Enriched Air Nitrox, Equipment Specialist, DAN first aid courses, and other classroom-based training keep going right through fall and winter.

And yes, the zombies are coming. The Original PADI Zombie Apocalypse Diver returns in late October. Because apparently learning useful scuba skills while trying to save humanity is how we celebrate Halloween around here.

Most dive shops run fixed schedules. Dive With Frank usually doesn’t.

Most classes here are scheduled on request and built around your availability. If you do not see a class date listed, that usually does not mean the class is unavailable. It usually means nobody has asked me to put it on the calendar yet.

You tell me what course you want. We figure out dates that work for you. Then that becomes your class.

The Dive With Frank model is small, personal, and flexible. No cattle-car classes. No giant groups full of strangers. No forcing your life into somebody else’s schedule.

Some courses do run on published schedules. Others are taught privately or on request. In general, Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver are the courses most likely to have pre-scheduled dates. Most other training, including Open Water, Discover Scuba, Scuba Review, and nearly all PADI specialty courses, is usually scheduled by request.

Want to see when I am available? Check the Dive With Frank calendar. Remember, the calendar shows availability, not every class that can be taught.

Brand new to diving and not sure where to start? New To Scuba breaks it down step by step.

Have Something Else in Mind?

This is not every course I teach. If you are looking for a specialty, want to work on a particular skill, or have a small group that wants to train together, take a look at the full specialty list or just ask.

You do not need to wait for me to announce your class. If you see something you want to do, tell me. We will look at the calendar, figure out what works, and make it happen.
