Dive into the Discover Scuba Diving Experience With DWF

DWF is now hosting private PADI Discover Scuba Diving experiences either on-site at your location (assuming you have a pool) or at a local pool!

The experience can be scheduled by request at a time and place convenient to you.

During this experience DWF will

Introduce you to basic scuba concepts
Provide supervision and safe controlled environment for your first underwater experience
Explain the pathway to full scuba certification and further training
Have a whole lot of fun with you!

So what do we do during a DSD?

- Provide participants with a brief (see what I did there) overview of scuba diving principles, equipment use, and safety guidelines
- Some of the topics covered include
  - Breathing techniques
  - Pressure equalization
  - Underwater communication (signs)

Safety & Supervision

The entire experience is conducted under the supervision of a certified PADI Instructor
Safety is a top priority and DWF will make sure you feel comfortable and confident through the experience.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years old
Meet basic health and fitness requirements
Completion of a medical questionnaire to identify any potential health issues that may not mix well with diving

Equipment

Any required scuba diving equipment will be provided by DWF
This equipment will include mask, snorkel, fins, BCD (buoyancy control devices), tanks, weights.
