As summer continued to cool down DWF had a weekend jam packed with all sorts of scuba awesomeness, including a PADI Zombie Apocalypse Diver (ZAD) class and bringing three brand spankin’ new PADI Open Water Scuba Divers into the fold.
Five zombie destroyers chose to prepare for the nigh-inevitable zombie apocalypse on Saturday with two open water zombie dives. The team expanded their limits as they explored underwater zombie extermination, scavenged for resources, (photo) documented the zombie scourge, and finally made efforts to limit its spread.
A great time was had by all! Unfortunately, this weekend’s activities weren’t as infection free as we might have hoped.
Simultaneous with this weekend’s aquatic zombie bloodbath, three new PADI Open Water Divers caught a different kind of infection….namely SCUBA FEVER!
A huge thanks to Divemasters Andrew and Stew. I could not have made this weekend happen without you!

So let me be the first to congratulate Columbia Scuba’s newest Zombie Apocalypse Divers and especially three of our newest PADI Open Water Scuba Divers.
Welcome to the tribe!
