You’ve checked everything off the pre-dive checklist: your dive computer is set, your gear’s configured, and you’ve been keeping a close eye on your NDLs (no decompression limits). You’ve followed all the rules, right down to the last decimal. After an incredible day of diving, everyone wants to kick back with a cold drink. But let’s be real about the physiology: alcohol is an absolute hydration killer.
